About
Ultrasound Technician School is a collection of multiple tools meant to inform the general public about diagnostic sonography and other healthcare related issues. We have worked really hard to develop some interesting relationships with several colleges and universities to better understand the programs that they have to offer prospective ultrasound or radiology students. We have found that there are a tremendous number of programs in the Allied Health Sciences which are generally used as a foundation for a career in one of the main radiology disciplines (ultrasound, MRI, x-ray, or radiology technicians).
Our main writer is Nicole Quinn who posts articles on our blog on a fairly regular basis covering lots of different aspects of healthcare including ultrasound specific features. She is an ultrasound technician and has several years of experience in healthcare which makes her an invaluable resource to the UltraSound Technician School website.
We are constantly trying to improve our website and hope that you will find it to be interesting and a place that you can send aspiring healthcare workers to. We need more quality healthcare workers in the U.S. especially as the population ages and we are continuously discovering new diagnostic procedures that we need technicians to administer. If you come across anything that you think we should post on the website please feel free to contact us.
